Welcome to Coursel.online (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, diagnostic tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the Service (Not Legal Advice)
Coursel.online is a technology and software platform, not a law firm or an official immigration consultancy. The algorithmic diagnostics, gap analyses, and reports generated by our platform are based on publicly available data from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and Designated Learning Institutions (DLIs).
Our reports do not constitute legal advice. Using our diagnostic tools does not create a client-counsel counsel relationship. For formal legal representation, you must contract directly with a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or immigration lawyer.
2. No Government Affiliation
Coursel.online is an independent, private technology company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Canadian Government, IRCC, or any provincial immigration authority.
3. No Guarantees of Visa Approval
Canadian visa and immigration decisions are made at the sole discretion of IRCC officers. Coursel.online guarantees neither the accuracy of the algorithmic estimates nor the success of any subsequent visa, permit, or university application. By using this service, you acknowledge that meeting algorithmic thresholds does not guarantee application approval.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments made through our secure payment gateway (Stripe) are for the immediate generation and delivery of digital goods (PDF Diagnostic Reports, Dossiers, Resume Formatting, or Settlement Guides). Because our products are digitally delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the payment has been processed and the webhook has successfully delivered the report to your provided email.
5. Third-Party Handoffs
If you opt-in to connect with a licensed RCIC by replying to our automated emails, we will securely forward your diagnostic dossier to a licensed partner. We are not responsible for the services, fees, or outcomes provided by these independent third-party professionals.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coursel.online and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or application fees incurred resulting from your use of our Services.
