At Coursel.online, your privacy and the security of your data are our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our algorithmic assessment tools.
1. Information We Collect
When you use our assessment tools, we collect the information necessary to generate your diagnostic report. This includes:
- Contact Information: Your email address (used solely to deliver your report).
- Assessment Data: Age ranges, educational background, travel history, estimated financial capacity, and self-reported language fluency.
- Payment Data: We do not store or process your credit card information. All payments are securely handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following limited purposes:
- To run your profile through our proprietary algorithmic engine.
- To generate and email your custom Diagnostic Report or Dossier.
- To forward your dossier to a licensed RCIC only if you explicitly request us to do so by replying to our delivery email.
3. Data Protection and Storage
We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your data during transit. The data entered into our Webhooks (via Make.com) is processed temporarily to generate your Google Docs PDF report and is not stored in an openly accessible public database.
4. Third-Party Sharing (No Data Selling)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to marketing agencies or third parties. Your data is only shared with:
- Automation Partners: Make.com and Google Workspace, strictly for the mechanical generation of your PDF report.
- Payment Processors: Stripe, strictly for processing your transaction.
- Legal Partners: Licensed RCICs, only if you actively request a legal consultation handoff.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We may use standard cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we have collected about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@coursel.online.
